The E‑Man Helmet Range is engineered using advanced crumple‑zone technology inspired by modern vehicle design, delivering superior impact absorption and electrical protection for high‑risk environments. Featuring the innovative CRASH BOX system, E‑Man helmets are designed for partial or total deformation depending on impact intensity. By compressing and destroying the CRASH BOX, the helmet absorbs significantly more energy than traditional single‑wall hard hats, reducing the force transferred to the suspension and ultimately to the wearer’s head.
Each helmet includes a fully retractable face visor that protects the entire face and slides completely between the helmet shells when not in use. Selected models provide electric arc protection tested to GS‑ET‑29 Class 1 + 2 (4000A for 0.5 seconds), making them suitable for electrical, utilities, industrial and high‑energy environments.
E‑Man helmets are certified to EN 397 (Safety Helmets) and EN 50365 (Electricians’ Helmets), VDE approved and tested to additional GS‑ET‑29 requirements for electrician face shields. Designed with a 6‑point ratchet harness for secure fit and all‑day comfort. Red Dot Design Award Winner 2009.
