The Tuffgard Broadbrim Non‑Vented Hard Hat delivers maximum sun and rain protection for outdoor worksites, using an innovative Australian‑designed brim that provides 60% more brim area and 30% more protection than traditional broad‑brim helmets — and 300% more brim area than a standard peak cap.
The non‑vented ABS shell offers sealed protection suitable for electrical, industrial and hazardous environments. A unique removable access tab system allows attachment of cap‑mount earmuffs without compromising brim coverage. Tabs can be “parked” at the rear of the helmet to prevent loss.
Built from high‑impact Type 1 ABS with a premium 6‑point terylene harness and ratchet wheel adjustment, this model provides comfort, stability and reliable protection in harsh Australian conditions. Certified to AS/NZS 1801:1997.
