The Maxisafe “Danger – Do Not Operate” Safety Tag is a high‑visibility lockout/tagout control tag designed to clearly identify equipment that must not be used, operated or energised. Manufactured from tough 150‑micron polypropylene, these tags are weather‑resistant, tear‑resistant and suitable for harsh industrial, construction and mining environments.
Each tag features double‑sided print, an 8 mm metal eyelet compatible with most safety padlocks, and a nylon tie string for fast attachment to machinery, valves, switches, tools and isolation points. Supplied in packs of 100, these tags provide a reliable and compliant solution for lockout/tagout procedures and hazard control.
