The Maxisafe “Out of Service” Safety Tag is a durable, high‑visibility tag designed to clearly identify equipment that is faulty, unsafe or undergoing maintenance. Manufactured from tough 150‑micron polypropylene, these tags are weather‑resistant, tear‑resistant and suitable for harsh industrial, construction and workshop environments.
Each tag includes double‑sided print, an 8 mm metal eyelet compatible with most safety padlocks, and a nylon tie string for quick attachment to machinery, tools, valves and isolation points. Supplied in packs of 100, these tags provide a reliable and compliant solution for maintenance control and hazard identification.
